- What is V Premium?
- V Premium is a mixed-use development by İSRA Holding in central Ağrı, eastern Turkey. It consists of eight blocks (A to H) containing apartments, residences, home offices, an aparthotel, commercial units and the integrated V Mall Ağrı shopping centre.
- Are V Premium and V Mall Ağrı the same project?
- V Premium is the name of the whole development. V Mall Ağrı is the shopping centre inside it. İSRA Holding also operates the separate V Mall İstanbul and V Metroway projects in Istanbul, which should not be confused with the Ağrı development.
- Can I buy without travelling to Turkey?
- Yes. With a power of attorney issued by a Turkish consulate or a notary, the entire purchase can be completed remotely. The apartment is viewed on a video call, the contract is signed remotely and the title deed is transferred through your representative.
- Can foreign nationals buy property in Turkey?
- Foreign individuals may buy residential property in Turkey within the limits set by law. Conditions and required documents vary by nationality; our sales team will advise on your specific case.
- How is payment made from abroad?
- Payment is made by international bank transfer. If you bring in foreign currency, a Foreign Currency Purchase Certificate (DAB) can be issued. Our sales team explains the current procedure.
- Which apartment types are available?
- There are six types: 1+1 (65–80 m²), 2+1 (95–115 m²), 3+1 (130–155 m²), 4+1 (165–195 m²), 4.5+1 (200–230 m²) and 5+1 (230–280 m²). In Turkish notation, “3+1” means three bedrooms plus one living room.
- How much do the apartments cost?
- Prices depend on type, block, floor and orientation, and are adjusted to market conditions, so no fixed price list is published on the website. Request the current price list and payment plan through the contact form or by calling 444 94 78.
- What rental yield can I expect?
- Yield depends on the type, the floor and market conditions at handover. The location — five minutes from the university, directly opposite the hospital and with the shopping centre inside the development — generates steady demand from students and healthcare staff.
- Where exactly is the development?
- Fırat Mah. Hastane Kavşağı, Çevre Yolu (next to the bus terminal), 04100 Ağrı Merkez, Turkey. It fronts the E80/D100 ring road, sits opposite the Training and Research Hospital and is five minutes from the university.
- When will it be completed?
- Handover is planned block by block and follows construction progress. Our sales team will give you the current schedule for the block you are interested in.
