Investment
Investing from abroad — without travelling.
For overseas buyers: the process, power of attorney, payment, currency documentation and title deed — explained plainly.
Buying from abroad — how it works
01
View the apartment remotely
Our sales team takes you around the site on a video call, showing the block position and apartment type. Floor plans and current renders are shared digitally.
02
Choose the type and payment plan
We select the right type together, based on your budget and intended use — living in it or renting it out. The current payment options are shared with you in writing.
03
Issue a power of attorney
To complete the purchase without travelling, a power of attorney issued by a Turkish consulate in your country or by a notary is sufficient. We explain exactly which powers it must include.
04
Payment and currency record
Payment is made by international bank transfer. When foreign currency is brought in, a Foreign Currency Purchase Certificate (DAB) can be issued — a document that matters for a future sale and for tax purposes.
05
Title deed (Tapu)
The transfer is completed through your representative. All documents are shared digitally and the title deed is registered in your name.
